Rent4sure Ltd has helped its millionth tenant move home this month, after exponential growth over eight years.

Rent4sure now helps over 30,000 tenants a month with referencing and has a total of 6,000 letting agents on its books. Since processing its first reference in 2009, the business has expanded from an initial team of 5 to employing over 100 people across 3 offices in Dover, Reigate and Norwich.

As the business continues to grow, it plans to recruit a further 30 people across its offices this year.

The cutting edge, cloud based platform, from which all aspects of the business are run, was initially created by Rent4sure’s current IT director, Jack Webb-Heller. It is now one of the most modern and user friendly platforms in the industry and has been developed to be expandable as the business grows, using the latest technologies.
