Powered by Homeshift, a leading supplier to movers and property professionals, our new service helps you take control and saves time and money by enabling you to manage council tax and water notifications effortlessly from your agent suite.
You’ll receive regular updates throughout all the notification stages, and the tenant will be able to pay their council tax and manage their property online from one central hub.
Once the tenancy’s finished, our service makes it easy to change tenant details and cover void periods.
We can also offer a choice of tailored packages of gas and electricity to tenants, at a guaranteed fair price. If your tenant switches through Homeshift, you’ll receive a rebate and will be kept up to date with meter readings and all the relevant information.
