In June 2017, we surveyed 450 letting agents from around the country to ask for their views on a potential ban of letting agent’s fees and the effects it could have their business and the overall lettings market.

85.43% of agents believe rent will rise by 5-10% per month with only 1.33% of agents reporting a ban on fee should be implemented – 78.76% were in favour of fee’s being capped.
