We're looking for hard working, confident people, with a proven track record in Customer Service, to join our referencing teams at Head Office in Dover.
Working in close contact with customers, accuracy and attention to detail is key as you see through an application from start to finish.
You'll source and collate all the relevant information in order to produce clear and factual reports that show our customers which tenancies could be secure and reliable.

We're looking for motivated, organised and computer-literate people to join our growing sales team.
The role is sales oriented with account management and administrative duties, and plenty of room for career progression.
Mainly office based, you'll be supporting our customers and Business Development Managers providing accurate and helpful advice to increase sales. There may also be opportunities for site visits to key clients.
Within a team, you'll be directly responsible for your own client base and able to manage them as well as generate new business. You'll liaise with other departments inside Rent4sure to build strong, trusted and lasting customer relationships.
The right candidate will have excellent communications skills, determination, a positive and professional attitude and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Identity Check Sales Executive
We are looking to recruit a motivated and dedicated person, with a secure understanding of IT, to advise on and sell fraud prevention solutions and products.
Working within our expanding Sales Team in Reigate, this is a new and specific role focusing on Anti-Money Laundering and Identity Checks.
No previous experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided, enabling you to become an expert in the regulations that Letting Agents, Estate Agents and Solicitors have to comply with.
Using this specialist knowledge you will sell our professional IT based solutions to the relevant sectors. From our Reigate office you will be calling industry professionals to advise on regulations, compliance and our products, and then selling them a solution.
The right candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be a very confident user of PCs and common Office applications, have a positive and professional attitude and be able to offer outstanding Customer Service.

We're currently recruiting office-based Insurance Sales Executives to sell our products directly to landlords and tenants.
The role is target driven and you will be responsible for increasing sales, maximising revenue and premium, and delivering on set KPIs.
As part of our sales team you will also be expected to answer and deal with calls regarding general enquiries.
The right candidate will have a competitive instinct supported by a proven sales background, be used to working to set targets, be computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel), and fluent in written and oral English.
Sales experience is preferred but not essential for an otherwise exceptional candidate.

Working full-time in a small team, with the opportunity for flexible hours, your responsibilities will involve developing, maintaining, improving and supporting our online system, used by thousands of clients around the UK.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating, developing and enhancing secure, user-friendly and business-effective websites and web applications.

Business Development Manager
We're looking for motivated and dynamic people to join our successful national field sales team.
You'll be responsible for your own client base and will need to build and maintain long lasting relationships with excellent customer service. You'll generate new business and increase the uptake of additional services through excellent product knowledge.
The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of at least 1 year in sales, and a good understanding of the local patch. Previous experience working within the lettings industry would be beneficial though not essential for the right stand-out candidate.
As this is a target-driven position, ongoing training, support and guidance will form part of the job to ensure you deliver on set KPIs.
Good communication and computer literacy skills are essential, as well as a positive and professional attitude.
