We offer two forms of references, a Credit Check and a Full Reference. The Credit Check will highlight any adverse information, provide a credit score and an extensive breakdown of the credit history of the applicant. Our Full Reference includes the Credit Check and in addition has Income and Previous Tenancy reports.

Our online system has been built from the ground up to provide Agents with a clear and efficient management system when ordering and monitoring applications. Each of our customers has a dedicated local account manager, ensuring the highest level of service

Rent Protection

Protect your income and relationships with your Landlords with our fully insured Rent Protection cover. Policies are available for 6 or 12 month periods, with or without an excess.

Our policies are underwritten by Inter Partner Assistance SA (a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Assistance SA, and part of the worldwide AXA Group), and administered by Arc Legal Assistance Limited. This product makes commercial sense for both Agent and Landlord - Rent4sure manage all your Rent Protection policies, ensuring that making a claim is as straightforward as logging in to our system where it can be completed online.

Tenant Complete

Applicants can submit their details directly to us, with minimal information from the Agent. The applicant will receive an instructing email to log on and complete their personal information online. The agent is able to monitor and track the progress from their Agent Suite.

Final Reports

One straightforward clear and concise document to help you make the right decision. Our report summarises the credit profile, financial circumstances and any previous tenancy details.
