Rent Guarantee Insurance and Legal Expenses Insurance is widely available from other providers in the market. This product will no longer be available from 1st August 2023 and we cannot advise you which insurer will be best placed to fit your needs, but you are advised to check the cover of any prospective policy to ensure that the cover offered is appropriate. You will need to compare the prices and levels of cover offered by alternative suppliers.
Landlords with an existing policy with Rent4sure can log-in, view policy details and make a claim as usual.
