With the end of the year fast approaching, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and partners for their support over the past 12 months.
It’s been a difficult year for all of us with so much economic and political uncertainty. Rising rents and the cost of living crisis are just two of the factors helping to increase the pressure on household budgets, which in turn impacts our industry.
We are committed to protecting customers through these difficult times and our teams are working hard to maintain the highest levels of service, doing everything possible to safeguard you and your landlords.
As the country’s leading tenant referencing partner to professional letting agents, the Barbon group completes a million tenant references a year. Working with our colleagues at HomeLet and Let Alliance, our checks continually evolve so they remain optimised to meet current market conditions.
Despite the challenges, it’s been a busy and productive year for all our specialist teams at Rent4sure.
Earlier in the year we introduced our pre-tenancy service, which is free when you order a reference. We’re delighted that this has proved so popular, saving our agents valuable time and helping them stay compliant.
While the industry still waits for the introduction of the Rental Reform Bill, and to see what will be included in the legislation, it’s likely that 2023 will be a significant year for the private rented sector.
