Despite the challenges, it’s been a busy and productive year for all our specialist teams at Rent4sure. Earlier in the year we introduced our pre-tenancy service, which is free when you order a reference. We’re delighted that this has proved so popular, saving our agents valuable time and helping them stay compliant. While the industry still waits for the introduction of the Rental Reform Bill, and to see what will be included in the legislation, it’s likely that 2023 will be a significant year for the private rented sector.
